The The Class of "82" held their 20th Reunion on Saturday
November 30, 2002 at Anthony's in Malden, MA. There were over 200 people in attendance
(including guests) with all the "usual suspects" in attendance, plus some folks
who were attending their first reunion...which is a good sign! We hope to see even more
for the "silver anniversary" 25th reunion in 2007!
The evening started with a cocktail reception, followed by a delicious buffet dinner, a
raffle extravaganza (cash & prizes), and concluded with dancing 'till midnight. Based
on the tremendous feedback we've received, we'd have to say the evening was a complete
success!
...definitely a night to remember.
Time goes quickly when you're having fun with "old friends"...so many great, but
fragmented conversations...it's hard to believe six hours went by so quickly! Not enough
time to catch-up with everyone who was there and the perfect reason to not let another
five years go by without re-connecting with those who attended, as well as making a
commitment to find and invite those who were not there - to the next one in...2007.
Many, many thanks to everyone who contributed to making the reunion a huge success, and
particularly: to the Reunion Committee for their efforts organizing the event and
remaining so dedicated to ensuring our class remains connected...to Sharon Cerretani,
Chris Cefalo, Ken Connolly, Wendy DiMeo ('83), Maura (Galvin) and Greg Jones, Arthur
McKean, and Dave O'Connell for their generous raffle contributions...and to all of you who
offered to help in so many ways.
In closing, remember classmates, we're only an e-mail away from each other with the access
provided by the MHS Alumni website. Our classmate "network" stretches from coast
to coast, and there's no reason we can't stay in touch with each other through the years
and encourage other classmates to participate in future Reunions. Please contact and
encourage the others you may still be in touch with to let us know where they are, and
keep the Committee updated on your current address and information.
